Assistant PFI Operations Manager
I have an exciting opportunity for a PFI Operations Manager to join a leading Asset Management Company to work in a PFI contract in Clacton-on-Sea

As the Assistant PFI Operations Manager you will be support the General Manager by providing timely and efficient administration support in all aspects of managing the project and liaising with Service Providers to ensure an effective level of service is maintained.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Support the General Manager to ensure the delivery of, and compliance with, all obligations of the PFI Project Agreement, Project Finance documents and associated contract documents on behalf of the Project Company
- Maintain an understanding of the Project Agreement, Schedules to the Agreement and associated Service Provider sub-contracts
- Assist the General Manager in the correct application of contractor and sub-contractor performance monitoring regimes
- Ensure that all Service Providers provide evidence of contractual compliance with regard to all matters
Qualifications/Role Requirements
- Previous experience working within a PFI environment is essential
- Experience managing operational issues within a complex environment
- Experience managing both hard and soft FM service providers' performance
- Understanding of PFI contractual arrangements
- Excellent written and presentational skills, including being computer literate with the Microsoft Office suite of programmes
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management
