Are you an Account Manager looking for a new opportunity?
Our client currently has an exciting opening for an Account Manager to work across a large retail account based at their HQ in Watford which consists of 3 office buildings and a small campus. The contract is total TFM and consists of hard services, cleaning and security - the successful candidate will be responsible for a team of 12, full budget & PL responsibility of £3.5M as well as dealing with clients on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities for an Account Manager:
- Managing a team of 12 staff across site
- Responsibility of budgets and P&L of £3.5M
- Presenting and compiling monthly reports to clients.
- Working closely with the clients daily, managing the relationship between the client and service provider
- Conducting specific risk assessments
- Continually review current processes and working practices and actively encourage an environment of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Producing detailed and specific engineering quotes for a range of mechanical, electrical and building fabric works
- Active role in annual shutdowns, and project works
- Sound understanding and experience of meeting health and safety obligations with regards to project and engineering activities
- Managing sub-contractors permits to work etc
- Strong leadership skills
Qualifications / Experience for an Account Manager:
- Technical background (essential)
- Previous experience working on a client facing account
- Total TFM experience
