Mobile Asset Surveyor (NEW ROLE) National Cover
£50k + Company Car

As our biggest and longest standing client expands even further, they have now opened up brand new position on a Government Justice contract for Mobile Asset Surveyors, our client are service providers for the biggest government contracts in the UK and are the largest FM company in Europe, they can offer competitive packages, upskilling, job security, longevity, progression and further academic qualifications.
Responsibilities:
- In collaboration with the Technical Ops Manager & the CAFM lead, develop and own the asset collection templates, taxonomy and Asset Surveying standards
- Establish a framework of Maintenance delivery standards
- Develop a rolling programme of estate review based on risks and criticality.
- Deliver Asset Surveys in line with the required programme.
- Review the data collected for statutory and contractual bespoke needs
- Develop those periodic needs which stand outside the standard and asset associated PPMs.
- Understand the project outputs and change management requirements
- Conduct general site walk around for general view of the M&E Plant.
- This is not an exhaustive list of duties and the post holder will be required to undertake any other reasonable duties discussed and directed by line manager.
Experience/Skills:
Essential
- To have knowledge of M&E asset condition and verification surveys.
- Be time served in a Mechanical or Electrical discipline
- Have full knowledge of M&E asset associations.
- Be familiar with CIBSE Guide M
Desirable
- Knowledge of building fabric
- Knowledge PPM generation and efficiencies
- Knowledge of BREEAM
