Role: Concierge / Facilities Assistant
Location: Edinburgh Central
Salary: £22,000-£24,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a prestigious company as a Concierge. We are seeking an amazing Concierge to join our team. We are looking for a self-motivated, proactive and passionate individual to join our Front of House team who thrives on working in a fast-paced environment. As a Concierge you will have a genuine desire to take care of those around you and understand that it's the little things that matter. A Concierge is responsible for managing the first impressions of our guests and, therefore, must perform the following tasks to the highest standards
- Always willing to give a helping hand to those around you.
- Organize and deliver unique and fun packages and parcels to our team
- Ensure orderliness and safety guidelines around the lobby and front door areas
- Provide support to Management as required, in cases of emergency
- Maintain a clean, healthy, and safety working area
- Act in accordance with policies and procedures when working with front of house equipment and property management systems
