Electrical Manager

Cambridge office

Circa £50,000 per annum, 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, pension, life assurance etc

Healthcare Contract

We are looking to recruit a Electrical Maintenance Manager for a Healthcare institute established in 1948 and provides healthcare to millions of people nationwide every year.

The position is to join the Cambridge maintenance team and take control of the Mechanical and Electrical teams and reporting in to the Account Manager

Responsibilities:


  • Manage the PPM and Reactive Maintenance schedule
  • Financial control including budgets, projects, client costing reports, capital works
  • Client and stakeholder management
  • Manage and lead the Mobile Maintenance team
  • Ensure all Health and Saftey and PPE policies are adhered to
  • Engineer reviews and recruitment
  • Team Meetings
  • Updating the client on all works
  • Managing WIP and outstanding tasks

Desired Qualifications and Skills:


  • Mechanical or Electrical Qualifications such as City and Guilds 236 part 1 and 2 or City and Guilds 2330 level 3, NVQ Level 2 or 3 Air Conditioning and Refrigeration or ACS Commercial Gas - Essential
  • 18th edition or FGas Desired not essential
  • ILM qualification Desired not essential
  • IOSH, NEBOSH or H&S qualification Desired not essential
  • Ideally had previous experience in a healthcare environment Not essential
