Type of contract: Permanent Hours: 37.5 p/w Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (pay review pending)
We are looking for a flexible and approachable team player to join us in a brand-new role as Head of Operations! This is an exciting opportunity to join our amazing team and make a positive contribution to the future development of our charity’s services.
Sitting in the “People and Operations” directorate, this is a varied role and you will be:
- Working across the team to ensure the smooth running of our Hospitality, Facilities, Health and Safety and IT functions.
- Acting as the budget holder for several support services across the charity
Successful applicants will have:
Previous experience in an Estates / Facilities function Experience of working within Catering or Hospitality Experience of leadership and management of staff across different departments Experience of developing and managing budgets across a range of services UK driving license Access to a vehicle for business purposes (there will be a requirement to visit our other sites across Cambridgeshire)This is a full-time role, requiring a flexible approach to working hours as unsocial hours will sometimes be required and you will be part taking in an on call rota (at 4.5% of salary).
Please note that the salary quoted is based on full time hours and needs to be pro-rata’d for part time posts. We regret that we are unable to negotiate salary above the maximum stated within the advert.
