Internal Communications Manager
Salary: £55,000-£60,000
London

We a looking for a strategic and creative internal communications leader, passionate about creating high-impact communications strategies that drive engagement and performance.
- Design, build and execute a creative strategy, managing the implementation plan in ways that educate, inspire, engage and unite our growing global workforce.
- Work directly with the key account senior leadership to serve as a thought partner on all internal communications.
- Work closely with the Global Operations and Country Communications teams, driving communication synergies, development, and implementation of all Group-wide communications initiatives.
- Safeguard client brand standards, ensuring brand consistency globally.
- Write and produce (format) regular content that informs, engages and motivates all employees to achieve or exceed business goals.
- Create and manage a content calendar.
- Coordinate approvals of materials.
- Collaborate with our wider organisation to create programs and implement multiple employee communications campaigns that are creative and fun, and that strengthen our employee engagement.
- Create feedback mechanisms and approaches that encourage everybody to feel confident to share their feedback honestly and constructively.
- Work closely with the Quality team to promote and develop the intranet portal.
Experience:
- You are an excellent writer, passionate about engaging and imaginative internal communications.
- A confident communicator that possesses a positive, self-motivated team-player attitude.
- Ability to build strong relationships quickly and collaborate across multiple disciplines to achieve buy-in.
- Significant experience working in internal communications for a large multinational or large client.
- Ability to balance multiple projects and thrive in a very dynamic environment.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Have crisis communication experience and ability to perform well under pressure, solving problems quickly and simply.
- You are knowledgeable about global trends in internal communications and able to pioneer innovative methods and approaches.
- Solid evidence in using digital communication tools.
