Project Manager - Commercial Office Fit Outs and Relocations
An excellent opportunity has arisen to work for a world class Facilities Management company who we have a long standing working relationship with.
The role:
- To work on a National Government contract covering various relocation and office fit out/referb projects.
- Responsible for the delivery of the project in terms of timescales and achieving budget
- Manage all staff relocations
- Manage Furniture moves and purchases
- The changes to the IT infrastructure
- The changes to working practices to take advantage of the new location
- Additional sub offices need to be identified and fitted out as appropriate
- The current office/offices to be returned to the landlord in an agreed state
- Ensure the project is correctly structured with an overall plan and artefacts as defined by our delivery way
- To work with the workstream leads to ensure they are structured and supported in line with the required timescales
On offer:

- Circa £45,000 p/a
