Porter / Facilities Assistant

£26,000+
Monday to Friday / 08:00-17:00pm
Are you looking for a new opportunity to work for one of the UK's largest FM companies?
We have an opportunity working on a large science-led technology Centre in Romsey for a Facilities Assistant/Porter, The role will be responsible for carrying out a multitude of different duties on site.
This position would be ideal for someone with previous porter experience or someone looking to get their first step into a large Facilities Maintenance company with a scope to progress into a Facilities Engineer in future, or someone currently in a Facilities Assistant role looking for a change.
Job Duties:
- Room set ups
- Escorting visitors on site
- Recording the delivery of post
- Logbook Admin duties
- Greeting site visitors
- Dealing with stationary equipment
Qualifications/Experience:
- Experience within portering / facilities maintenance
- Good understanding of IT systems/CAFM systems
- Good appearance / general manner
