Role: Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Engineer
Location: Leeds
Sector: Commercial FM
Salary: £34,000 - £38,000
Due to expansion, my client is currently looking to add an experienced Air Conditioning/Refrigeration Engineers to their service team to cover contracts across the Northeast. The role will entail service and maintenance on various AC/Refrigeration systems in numerous commercial premises.
The main duties of the Air Conditioning engineer will be:
- Fault finding and repair
- Reactive maintenance, serving / ppm and installation of air conditioning systems
- Working on different systems of air conditioning including split systems, cassettes, VRV's and VRF's.
- Reactive attendance to emergency callouts
- Where appropriate to do so, providing our site based client teams with guidance on the operation and management of their assets and advising them when their plant needs to be replaced or up-graded rather than repaired.
- Providing data to support the creation of quotations (including equipment, parts and labour).
What you'll need:
- FGAS
- Exposure to electrical power distribution systems/ lighting systems
- Knowledge in HVAC control systems
- Experience in A/C, chiller, Air Handling systems.
- Experience in gas systems
- Knowledge with BMS Control Systems
- Must hold full driving licence.
