Mobile M&E Engineer

Our client provides Electrical and Mechanical solutions to the Commercial, Industrial, HV and Airport Sectors.

They are looking for an experience M&E Engineer join the team based in Manchester .
Providing M&E building services to all its customers including small power and lighting; plumbing & heating services and air-conditioning & ventilation services.
The job will involve a mix of both installation and service & maintenance works clients premises..
Clients premises are offices, warehouse and distribution units, retail units and public buildings.
Main Responsibilities/Duties
- Installation of M&E Services in existing and new buildings.
- Service & maintenance works of M&E plant and equipment.
- Fault finding and repair of M&E services.
- Provide reports and certification on completion of works.
Role Requirements
- CSCS qualification or equivalent H&S qualification.
- 18th Edition
- C&G2391 Test & Inspection qualification.
- Knowledge and experience of installation, service and repair of electrical systems.
- Knowledge and experience of installation, service and repair of mechanical services including air-conditioning & ventilation systems, plumbing & drainage systems, natural gas and heating systems.
Desirable Additional Requirements
- Gas Safe qualifications.
- F-Gas 2079 Cat.1 qualification.
- Knowledge of building controls and BMS systems.
- PASMA
- IPAF
The offer:-
- Up to £42,000 - Dependent on experience
- 20 + 8 Bank Holidays - Increasing to maximum 25 days
