Restaurant & Bar Manager - Swindon

£32,000.00 per year + bonus'

Swindon - SN4

Set in a beautiful scene on the edge of the Cotswolds we are looking for a Restaurant and Bar Manager of food and bar to join the team in preparation of the year coming up.

This could be the perfect role for a strong restaurant and bar supervisor looking for their first Management position. Working 5 out of 7 days.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • T o lead, motivate & inspire the team
  • Ensure the restaurant and bar operates at our high, company and legal standards
  • Ensure all allergy and nutrition data is compliant
  • Ordering, full stock management.
  • Ensure compliance training and documentation is fulfilled
  • Development of the team through support & coaching
  • Guest satisfaction
  • To control stock management and work within the budget provided for the department, spending money wisely to support the team and guest experience
  • Be present during service and operational times to lead the team from the front
  • Providing a safe, secure and appealing environment by adhering to the companies Health & Safety policies

Qualifications / Experience:


  • We welcome applicants with previous management experience working in Hospitality, ideally within a large-scale hotel or food and beverage environment
  • You will have a proven track record of training, developing, building and motivating a team
  • Ideally you will hold a HND or equivalent level qualification in hospitality however; qualifications are not a requirement for joining our team
