Head Chef - Swindon

£40,000.00 per year + bonus'

Swindon - SN4

Set in a beautiful scene on the edge of the Cotswolds we are looking for a Head Chef to join the team in preparation of the year coming up.

This could be the perfect role for a strong Sous Chef looking for their first Head Chef position. Working 5 out of 7 days on a 48-hour week.

Duties and Responsibilities:


  • T o lead, motivate & inspire the team
  • Ensure the kitchen operates at our high, company and legal standards
  • Ensure all allergy and nutrition data is compliant
  • Food preparation, ordering, full stock management.
  • Driving the food safety in the kitchen to ensure compliance training and documentation is fulfilled
  • Food development - driving the food culture of your site
  • Development of the team through support & coaching
  • Engaging with customers

Qualifications / Experience:


  • Experience as a Head Chef / Sous Chef with a proven track record
  • Exceptional proven ability of kitchen management
  • Experience of managing the preparation & cooking of fresh food in a fast-paced environment
  • Outstanding communication and leadership skills
