Set in a beautiful scene on the edge of the Cotswolds we are looking for a Head Chef to join the team in preparation of the year coming up.
This could be the perfect role for a strong Sous Chef looking for their first Head Chef position. Working 5 out of 7 days on a 48-hour week.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- T o lead, motivate & inspire the team
- Ensure the kitchen operates at our high, company and legal standards
- Ensure all allergy and nutrition data is compliant
- Food preparation, ordering, full stock management.
- Driving the food safety in the kitchen to ensure compliance training and documentation is fulfilled
- Food development - driving the food culture of your site
- Development of the team through support & coaching
- Engaging with customers
Qualifications / Experience:
- Experience as a Head Chef / Sous Chef with a proven track record
- Exceptional proven ability of kitchen management
- Experience of managing the preparation & cooking of fresh food in a fast-paced environment
- Outstanding communication and leadership skills
