Partnership Director
Fantastic opportunity for a Partnership Director to join a leading Facilities Management and Property Services organisation on public sector contracts nationwide

Duties
- Developing and driving strategy for the local authorities and Partnerships within it
- Delivering the commitments and standards from the Facilities Management Tender
- Proactively managing relationship within the public sector contract and wider stakeholders within the local authorities and councils
- Delivering innovative projects and successfully lead large complex facilities management and additional works bids
- Maximize the value from the client venue
- Build on existing contracts and Client relationship
- Lead the delivery of the successful bid strategy
- Ensure the support and engagement of the Public Sector client leadership team to deliver the strategic objectives
Qualifications/Requirements
- Senior leadership in public sector facilities services experience, ideally with operational, business development and functional experience across local authority council contracts
- Strong influencing and interpersonal skills with proven ability to quickly build relationships with new clients in Facilities Management
- Articulate, innovative and challenging mind-set with Strong collaborative style
- Strong organisational and project management skills within the Local authority, public sector
- Excellent presentation, verbal, and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple projects.
