Compliance Manager
We have a fantastic opportunity for temporary or permanent candidates to work for a growing Consultancy on their portfolio of PFI contracts as a Compliance Manager based anywhere in the UK. Working from home with occasional travel.
The role will be UK based so you can be based anywhere and work form home whilst attending sites as required in the UK.

Duties Include:
- Preparing templates and methodology and Compliance Scale Interpretation Guide for use in the Compliance Audit
- The Compliance Audit shall assess the asset data and PPM systems in place, comment on the management of risk in respect of (a) health and safety; and (b) compliance and provide recommendations on risk mitigation and any actions to be taken to achieve compliance with the Project Requirements;
- The Compliance Audit templates shall provide for the following outputs in respect of all mechanical and electrical, and building fabric assets
- Carrying out the Compliance Audit, the Surveyor shall immediately notify the Appointers (and the Service Provider) of any matters which, in the reasonable opinion of the Surveyor, represent a material or imminent risk to the health and safety of staff, patients or visitors (including, without limitation, notifications required under the RICS Surveying Safely / HSAWA Duty of Care).
- Asset Register - veracity of cross-reference;
- PPM task sheets include all tasks required in order to maintain the asset in accordance with manufacturer's recommendations and Good Industry Practice
- Specialist service provider/sub-contractor maintenance and testing schedules or certificate
- Training, competency and appointment records
- Insurance inspections/audits
- Operation Manuals
- Asset specific PPM manuals
- Manufacture's recommendations
- The Compliance Audit shall assess the following aspects of the CAFM System:
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experienced Compliance Manager within the PFI Environment or similar complex contracts
- Consultancy, Construction or facilities background in PFI compliance
- Commercially astute
- Technical qualified or have a broad technical understanding
- Health & Safety qualified
- Process driven
- Experienced with contractual and statutory compliance
