Maintenance Electrician
Temp to Perm
Gosforth
Equivalent £30K salary
Our client is looking for a maintenance electrician to join their team and work across all estates buildings.
The Role
- Fire alarm systems
- Building Management Systems
- Staff attack and nurse call systems
- Intruder alarm and security systems
- Electrical installations in accordance with all IEE regulations and relevant standards
- Electrical infrastructure including Electrical Inspection and Testing
- Fault finding and repair of plant, controls and equipment
- Emergency generator testing, maintenance, and fault finding
- Mechanical building services fault finding repair and maintenance within skill set
- Heating & Cooling Systems
- Undertake condition surveys of electrical systems
Qualification s & experience
- Apprenticeship to level 3 NVQ/C&G
- DBS required before starting this role
- Clean driving licence
- Commercial or industrial experience
