Our client is currently looking for a time served Joiner to work within the Estates Team in Sunderland.
Duties will include carrying out reactive maintenance works, such as doors, windows, shelving etc. Completing safety checks on building maintenance and fire doors as well as any refurbishments required.
The suitable applicant will have served an apprenticeship in the relevant discipline, be able to work unsupervised and ideally have a Basic DBS although this can be carried out upon offer for the successful applicant.
Hours: 37.5 hour per week, Monday - Friday 8am - 4pm.
Pay rate £12.76 p/hr
Duration: Temp to Perm
On-call 1in4 £100-120p/week standby plus call-out pay (after qualifying period)
