Salary - £42,000
One of the UK's growing Facilities Management companies are looking for a dynamic Mechanical or Electrical Site Supervisor to join their team of engineers on a well known commercial site across in Bristol - on site you will be responsible for leading the team, all M&E functions, budgeting, liaising with clients & management as well as any other duties that may arise on a day to day basis.
Key Responsibilities for an M&E Site Supervisor:
- Ensure all technical KPIs and SLAs are met for planned and reactive activities
- Budgeting/reporting duties
- Carry out on going condition reports on assets via companies system, highlighting any additional plant and equipment not recorded
- Adhere to all company policies and processes
- Lead a team of 8+ engineers
- Report any delays to planned or reactive works back to facilities manager to allow for rescheduling or escalation
- Attend all booked/arranged training and meetings
- Assist with any project works where there is a cross over with operational delivery
- Ensure all email accounts are managed and any responses required are actioned in a timely manner
Qualifications / Experience for an M&E Site Supervisor:
- Experienced with KPIs/SLAs
- Well-presented
- Experienced in dealing with clients
