Commercial Gas Engineer
South Coast
Monday - Friday, 8am / 5pm
£45,000 + Door to Door Travel

One of the leading maintenance FM companies are looking for a Commercial Gas Engineer to join their growing team on a prestigious retail account.

Job Responsibilities for a Commercial Gas Engineer:
- Complete PPM schedule within agreed timescales ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately
- Respond promptly and positively to service call requests from the Helpdesk assessing the requirements of the job and carry our repairs where necessary
- Prioritize maintenance and repair work to achieve agreed timescales and response times
- Identify non-repairable faults in plant and machinery and promptly advise the HVAC supervisor of findings, with recommendations regarding suitable replacement
- Ensure that compliance documentation is always completed and up to date
- Carry out surveys and complete reports as required by management
- Daily monitoring and responsibility of all main plant and equipment within building
Qualifications / Experience for a Commercial Gas Engineer:
- Commercial Gas tickets (essential)
- Steam experience (desirable)
- Previous experience across commercial & industrial sites
- Be able to partake in a call-out rota
