You will be working for one of the largest Facilities Maintenance Companies in the World. They are a well-known global company who specialise in the Commercial, Industrial, Retail, Government, Healthcare and Educational sectors.
To provide exceptional customer service and business support in order to contribute to the continued growth and success of the Business.
The Role:
- Manage the front of house function ensuring that our visitors and tenants are given a warm and professional welcome
- Manage customer meeting room facilities, including bookings
- Support with site H&S tours / inductions
- Manage car park bookings
- Take ownership of the homeworking equipment register, dealing with all requests as required
- Provide support for any emergency incidents, including first aid incidents, fire evacuations, tests and drills
- Manage the access pass system, including creating new users, processing leavers and monthly user audits on the system
- Conduct a daily site inspection, proactively identifying any hazards and maintenance requirements as they arise
- Support the Events Manager and Comms Team with event set up and planning where required
- Manage first aid supplies
- Deal with any other adhoc reception duties as required
- Provide cover at our other offices where needed
The offer:-
- Mon-Fri 8an-5pm
- 25 + 8 Bank Holidays
- Up to £22,000 - Dependent on experience
