Booking Coordinator
Fulham - SW6
£27,000 + Monthly Bonuses
Monday to Friday - 8am-5pm / 9am-6pm
Our client is looking for a Booking coordinator to join a busy, expanding team in a highly ambitious company in its 3rd year of expansion.
Their clients mostly comprise of the Super-Prime sector in Central London (zone 1). They are growing very fast and are looking for a new team-member to grow with them.
Your main duty will be acting as first point of contact for their esteemed clients (acting as client manager), booking in new jobs and managing existing works. You will be responsible for liaising with the engineers and maintaining their schedule efficiently.
The company is 100% focused on delivering outstanding service and the right candidate will need to be proactive, able to manage multiple tasks with customer service at the heart of everything they do.

They need a motivated candidate to deliver their service goals to the highest standards.
You must be excellent on the phone, friendly, fun, super organised and ideally, you have some experience in Property Maintenance!
Job Responsibilities:
Managing telephone and email enquiries, assisting customers efficiently and professionally
Processing new customer bookings and coordinating / Project managing existing works
Being the intermediate between engineers, customers and tenants
Ensuring the service system is updated and records maintained on each job
Checking all job-related documents and preparing quotations
Following up quotations and promoting client Services
Providing a high level of customer service at all times
Person Specification:
- Ability to establish and maintain good client relationships both internally and externally
- Previous working knowledge of planning work schedules
- Previous experience within the FM or M&E industry (ideal)
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to develop effective working relationships across management and staff
- Ability to deliver quality results under pressure and prioritise work
- Capable of delegating duties and tasks to other staff
- Competence in Microsoft Office products especially Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent time management skills
