HVAC Supervisor
Salary circa £40000
Nottingham
Monday - Friday, 8am / 5pm
One of the leading FM companies in the country are looking for a HVAC Supervisor to oversee a small team of engineers across Nottinghamshire, working on contracts such as Schools, University Buildings and Leisure contracts you'll be responsible for the Scheduling and delivery of PPM, reactive and testing work-streams whilst supporting with technical assistance.
Candidate must also be experienced and comfortable in Estimating and quoting.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure all sites are covered for maintenance services including reactives and PPMs
- Audit FM documentation and action any non-compliance issues
- Deal promptly with all help-desk calls and ensure all issues are resolved effectively, escalating where necessary to the appropriate management level
- Ensure under performance on KPI's is understood and action plans are in place to drive improvement
- Provide technical support to HVAC engineers
- Comply with health & safety and company processes
- Participate in recruitment and selection process of engineering vacancies
- Estimating and Quoting
Knowledge, Skills & Desired Qualifications:
- NVQ level 3 within Heating, Ventilation, Mechanical engineering
- ACS commercial gas qualifications (COCN, CIGA, CORT, ICPN, CDGA, TPCP1/1A)
- 18th edition
- Fully conversant with all major manufactures systems and equipment
- Knowledge of HVAC systems
- Strong PC literary
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent planning, organizing, prioritization and project management skills
- Effective problem-solving and decision making
