Facilities Management (main)
Build Recruitment are working with a public sector organisation in central London to source an Interim Facilities Officer (FM Compliance) 3 - 6 month assignment: £17 - £22 per hour
Reporting to the Operations Manager. The Facilities Officer will be responsible for leading the internal Facilities Management Compliance across their corporate portfolio.
The Facilities Officer will undertake planned inspection and audit programmes, and where necessary, specify and commission repair, maintenance and improvement works, ensuring that all Health and Safety regulations, statutory legislation and internal policies are adhered to.
About you:
Knowledge of operational facilities management
Knowledge of mandatory and statutory building compliance (Fire, Water Hygiene, Asbestos etc)
Have hard FM bias, knowledge or experience of technical services
Health and Safety qualification (IOSH or equivalent)
IWFM qualification or evidence of ongoing professional development.
Due to multiple stakeholder groups (internal and external) my client is looking for a well organised and thorough and articulate leader who possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
