Fabric Technician

Manchester 

Our client is recruiting for a Fabric Technician to work mobile around Manchester to Newcastle on various Commercial buildings.

Working for one of the UK and Europe's leading Facilities Management / Building Maintenance Companies. As a company they specialise in maintaining large prestigious buildings. They trade throughout the UK and Europe and turnover excess of £3 Billion annually in the UK alone. The company can offer long term job stability with the chance of real career progression and personal development.

Your duties as a Fabric Engineer will include:


  • Weekly fire alarm testing
  • Monthly water temp monitoring
  • Emergency light testing
  • Monthly plant room checks
  • Fire door testing and inspection (can enrol on course providing they can repair)
  • Roof repairs
  • Door repairs
  • Minor plumbing checks/repairs

The offer:-


  • Up to £40,000 Dependent on experience
  • 20 + 8 Bank Holidays
  • Company Van
