Engineering Supervisor

Monday - Friday, 08:00-17:00
Salary - £45,000 + Call out
One of the UK's leading Facilities company are looking for a Dynamic Engineering Supervisor to join their large team of engineers on prestigious critical environment in a commercial office based close to St Pauls Cathedral.
As the Supervisor you will be in charge of looking after two sites and will be expected to visit both sites to oversee the engineers. On site you will be responsible for leading the team, all M&E functions, budgeting, liaising with clients & management as well as any other duties that may arise on a day to day basis. There is also a call out rota with this role with a Saturday work also available.

Key Responsibilities for an Engineering Supervisor:
- Ensure all technical KPIs and SLAs are met for planned and reactive activities
- Budgeting/reporting duties
- Day to day running of the site
- Carry out on going condition reports on assets via companies system, highlighting any additional plant and equipment not recorded
- Adhere to all company policies and processes
- Lead a team of 8+ engineers
- Report any delays to planned or reactive works back to facilities manager to allow for rescheduling or escalation
- Attend all booked/arranged training and meetings
- Assist with any project works where there is a cross over with operational delivery
- Ensure all email accounts are managed and any responses required are actioned in a timely manner
Qualifications / Experience for a Engineering Supervisor:
- 18th Edition qualified
- NVQ Level 2/3 Electrical Installation (desirable)
- HV/LV knowledge (desirable)
- Experienced with KPIs/SLAs
- Well-presented
- Experienced in dealing with clients
