I am currently looking for a Sales & Marketing Administrator to join a growing facilities management company to join a growing team at an office site in Sevenoaks. The successful Sales & Marketing Administrator will report directly into the accounts/contract manager and will provide support in the day-to-management of the contracted team.

Job Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for updating the sales and marketing team
- Completing prequalification's questionnaires
- Provide full administrative support to the bids team including printing and logging new tenders, requesting subcontractor quotes, preparing presentations.
- Assisting with completing forms of tenders
- Proof of reading and formatting sales proposals
- Coordinating diaries for site surveys
- Monitoring the internal sales inbox
- Taking minutes at monthly meetings
- Creation of tracked links for social content using URL builder
- Supporting client events
Qualifications / Experience:
- Experience working in an administrative role
- Advanced user in Microsoft packages including Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Organised and efficient
- Being self-motivated and proactive
- Confident numerical skills especially when working with large amounts of data
