  • Planned Preventative Electrical Maintenance
  • Reactive Electrical Maintenance
  • Building Maintenance / Fabric Duties
  • Working alone without supervision (after training period)
  • FM experience required
  • Level 3 Electrical Installation required
  • 18th or 17th edition required
