The Role: Multi-site Facilities Manager
Sector: FM – Serviced Offices
Location: London
Salary: £50,000pa
My client is well established serviced office provider who pride themselves on the taking care of the details. They own their buildings and they care for them and their inhabitants personally. To strengthen the growing team, we are looking for multi-site Facilities Manager to join them as they embark upon a new phase of upgrade and improvement works.
This is a great Client-side Facilities Manager role, offering the chance to be involved in a growing business with fantastic values. It is also a unique opportunity to work on both Facilities Management and Project Management.
The ideal candidate will have experience of managing facilities for a number of sites at any one time and experience of managing small works projects. You will be comfortable and competent taking responsibility for Permits to Work and be financially literate.
As Facilities Manager, you will undertake a variety of daily tasks to ensure sites are compliant and running smoothly and along side this you will manage contractors and produce specifications for work.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing facilities for 10+ sites across London
- Ensuring Compliance and adhering to H&S and company policy
- Assisting with the Project Management of refurbishment programmes
- Contract Management
- Issuing permits to work
- Liaising with contractors on cost and specification
