Refrigeration Engineer

Kingston Upon Thames 

Monday - Friday, 8am / 5pm

£43,000 + half an hour travel paid

Van/Fuel Card/Tools/Retail Discounts

The UK's leading maintenance FM company are looking for a Refrigeration Engineer to join their growing team on a prestigious retail contract who specialize in coffee.

As part of the role you will be working across various sites Kingston and the surrounding area. Provided with a Van, fuel card and tools you will be fully equipped to join the mobile Refrigeration team.

Job Specification:


  • Collecting and fitting parts as directed by the senior manager / operations manager
  • Diagnosing and fixing equipment breakdowns
  • Using client systems
  • Carrying out calls as allocated by service control
  • Updating service records and timekeeping information in an accurate and timely way
  • Working safely in line with health & safety procedures
  • Building a strong relationship with customers and colleagues
  • Delivering safe reactive and proactive maintenance to a very high standard
  • Working with your line manager to achieve KPIs
  • Accurate use of IT systems

Qualifications / Experience:


  • F-Gas 2079 Refrigeration Handling
  • Co2 Qualified (essential)
  • NVQ Level 2/3 Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
  • Excellent customer care and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to quality and attention to detail
  • Highly self-reliant, motivated and enthusiastic
  • Excellent attitude and approach to work
