About the company:
Our client is one of the leading commercial real estate services companies, providing a full range of services to real estate occupiers, developers and investors on a local, national and international basis. Services include brokerage sales and leasing (landlord and tenant representation), real estate management, valuation, consulting, project management, project marketing and research. We provide our services across the core sectors (office, industrial, retail and hotel) as well as many specialised property types.
The successful Workplace Experience Manager:
- Maximise community engagement, diversity and inclusivity within the direct procurement guidance of our client.
- Structure a management team that has a specific focus, mission and commitment to the unique aspects of chosen location and to ensure it is seen as a destination of choice.
- Provide a framework of engagement and support for local, small and start-up businesses that we want to attract and will allow them to grow and prosper.
To support the above, the management team would operate through 5 pillars:

- Delivery
- Commercial Management
- Protection
