Senior Operations Manager
City of London
Up to £60k plus car allowance/car, bonus and benefits
A great opportunity is available for a Senior Operations Manager to join a prominent FM Service Provider with a good reputation for looking after their people to deliver hard and soft service solutions to a public sector contract in the City of London for commercial buildings such as libraries, leisure and destination venues and commercial offices.
You will report into a General Manager who will have the responsibility for the profit and loss on the contract and you will be responsible for the budget. You will oversee a team with two managers and supervisors reporting into you, who are responsible for their specialist areas of hard services or cleaning and soft services.
You will have great client relationship skills and will be responsible for building a relationship and seeking more work within the contract via quoted works. You will have overall responsibility for the compliance on the contract, therefore it would be advantageous if you had a technical qualification such as HND/ONC or Degree in a relevant engineering or built environment qualification.
Membership to organisations such as CIBSE, IET, IWFM or RICS would be a distinct advantage but not essential.
You will have great contract management skills and will be people focused and able to understand the deliverables and how these are managed on a day-to-day basis.
This is an immediate and urgent vacancy, and our client welcomes applicants from diverse backgrounds, although you must have right to work in the UK.
This role offers a salary of up to £60k plus car allowance/car, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, share scheme, bonus, and generous benefits package.
