Our client work within the Air Conditioning, Mechanical, Facilities Maintenance and Decarbonisation sectors

They are looking for a Business Development Manager ideally with experience in Mechanical Engineering and/or facilities maintenance projects who is used to dealing with end-users to assist growth within an exceptional contractor looking to increase their market share. This is an excellent opportunity to increase your earning potential and join a forward thinking business.

Requirements


  • Worked developing business within end-users
  • Used to securing service and maintenance contracts
  • Experience within the Facilities Management Industry
  • Management of Tenders and Re-Tenders

Duties


  • Business Development Manager throughout The UK but based out of The Midlands Office.
  • Meet potential new customers
  • Development business opportunities via portals, social media and web
  • Manage existing service contracts to ensure service levels are met
  • Managing a contract budget in upwards of £2million

Package:


  • £60k + Plus bonus incentives (TBD in interview)
  • Car allowance
  • 23 days holiday + Bank Holidays
  • Company Pension
