Our client work within the Air Conditioning, Mechanical, Facilities Maintenance and Decarbonisation sectors
They are looking for a Business Development Manager ideally with experience in Mechanical Engineering and/or facilities maintenance projects who is used to dealing with end-users to assist growth within an exceptional contractor looking to increase their market share. This is an excellent opportunity to increase your earning potential and join a forward thinking business.
Requirements
- Worked developing business within end-users
- Used to securing service and maintenance contracts
- Experience within the Facilities Management Industry
- Management of Tenders and Re-Tenders
Duties
- Business Development Manager throughout The UK but based out of The Midlands Office.
- Meet potential new customers
- Development business opportunities via portals, social media and web
- Manage existing service contracts to ensure service levels are met
- Managing a contract budget in upwards of £2million
Package:
- £60k + Plus bonus incentives (TBD in interview)
