Build Recruitment are working with a public sector organisation based in the Southeast to source a Facilities Management Officer (Soft Services) for a 3 month contract paying £20 - £28 per hour Umbrella PAYE
Reporting to the Head of Facilities Management, the Facilities Management Officer (Soft Services) will be responsible for a small multi-site region managing various contracts and supply chains to include:
Cleaning, Gardening, Security, Pest Control, Waste Contract, Clinical Waste Contract and Water Coolers.
Other duties will include contract and supply chain meetings, managing audits and producing reports.
About you:
Experience of managing soft service contracts
Experience of producing concise reports
Experience of conducting audits
This is an essential car user position and applicants must have their own vehicle (mileage paid).
