Working for one of the UK and Europe's leading Facilities Management / Building Maintenance Companies. As a company they specialise in maintaining large prestigious buildings. They trade throughout the UK and Europe and turnover excess of £3 Billion annually in the UK alone. The role:
- Support the definition and lead the training and development strategy.
- Support the strategy, encompassing human resource, health and safety and environmental management.
- Provide guidance, support and coaching to managers on achieving training and development solutions.
- Supporting the development of people and the development and attainment of operational training and development plans.
- Leading to support to the companies training and development initiatives
- Supporting audit of compliance with people management policy through participation in formal audit review and supporting managers in the development and achievement of resultant action plans.
- Delivering training & coaching programmes.
- Organising central training programmes
- Deliver induction training
- Identify, create and lead the delivery of new training, coaching and development requirements
- Designing and writing training programmes to meet cross-business needs
- Supporting quality customer service, and meeting the corporate Values across the Company.
- Maintaining central training resources and administrative systems.
- Provision of market data, information, analysis and ad-hoc projects as required.
- Supporting the new business winning process through participation in presentations and consultation meetings, advice to the sales/business development team, and mobilisation activities on new contracts.
Qualifications / Experience:-
- Experience at Senior HR/Training and Development Advisor/Manager level is essential.
- Identification of training needs, organisation of training programmes and events.
- Writing of training packages.
- Delivery of training programmes.
- Coaching and supporting line manager
- Working within a service driven environment
The offer:
- Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
- Up to £35,000 - Dependent on experience
- 25 + 8 Bank Holidays
