Job Title: Commercial/Sales Director
Salary: circa €200,000 per year + bonus
Location: Amsterdam, NL

We are working with an impressive global company who are looking to make a key hire within their Dutch operation. Out client is a global company with massive resources and development opportunities.

This is really the type of role that you can make your own – there is lots of scope to develop professionally, projects and business development opportunities.

We are looking for someone who really knows the Dutch market, has existing business relationships and can build a strong sales pipeline.

What are we looking for?


  • Degree level education in business or sales or  would be ideal
  • Experience within the B2B tech / property / facilities management / foodservice / hospitality or related markets would be a real advantage.
  • The ideal Director of Sales will be a team player with confident communication skills, attention to detail and have initiative to organise and manage a growing team of +10 people.
  • Entrepreneurial and creative individual who is commercial astute and a natural leader with proven results in strategic growth and development
  • Fluent in Dutch and English is a must

Responsibilities


  • Deliver growth plans and expand the business in NL


  • Research and identify new business opportunities in the local market
  • Creating a strategic annual sales plan
  • Coaching and leading the senior commercial team
  • Create sales reports and analysis
  • Bring in new clients
