Our client operates a number of gorgeous and unique bars and restaurants and an exciting opportunity has opened up for a Property Support Manager to join the head office team.
This an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced Hospitality group, in a time of unprecedented growth.
The Property Support Manager has day to day responsibilities for building maintenance and service matters within Bars, Restaurants and Central Office. This will include small projects, planned maintenance, site management issue, identifying opportunities to add value to sites and oversee Health & Safety. A strong track record in multi-site maintenance management in the hospitality environment is a bonus.
Main Responsibilities
- Coordinate the day-to-day maintenance of all restaurants
- Manage planned maintenance schedules and delegate contractors
- Support reactive emergency calls
- Communicate effectively with Restaurant Managers
- Perform administrative tasks as required, includes managing Access Maintained (previously managed as ProNett)
- Support restaurant on Access Maintain (ProNett) training
- Manage maintenance and reactive contractor relations
- Manage cleaning and waste contracts
- Provide support in the coordination of insurance claims if needed
- Provide monthly reports on reactive and planned spend, including general contractor performance
- Develop the asset management database, ensuring effective and efficient use of assets
- Regular updating of property database and accurate record holding
- Arrange and manage gas, electric and water service contracts
- Support Property Manager on new project builds
- Ordering directs on property related items
Who you will be:
You will have a track record in multi-site maintenance management in the hospitality environment, have a naturally high standards to support our teams and you'll approach every task with devotion and pride. This, combined with the management of contractors and maintenance expenditure, makes for an exciting opportunity. Experience with ProNett and excellent general H&S knowledge will also be well received.
