Engineering Supervisor
Sunbury - TW16
Monday - Friday, 08:00-17:00
Salary - £42,000 - £45,000
One of the UK's leading Facilities company are looking for a Dynamic Engineering Supervisor to join their large team of engineers on an iconic energy site in Sunbury - on site you will be responsible for leading the team, all M&E functions, budgeting, liaising with clients & management as well as any other duties that may arise on a day to day basis.

Key Responsibilities for an Engineering Supervisor:
- Ensure all technical KPIs and SLAs are met for planned and reactive activities
- Budgeting/reporting duties
- Carry out on going condition reports on assets via companies system, highlighting any additional plant and equipment not recorded
- Adhere to all company policies and processes
- Lead a team of 8+ engineers
- Report any delays to planned or reactive works back to facilities manager to allow for rescheduling or escalation
- Attend all booked/arranged training and meetings
- Assist with any project works where there is a cross over with operational delivery
- Ensure all email accounts are managed and any responses required are actioned in a timely manner
Qualifications / Experience for a Engineering Supervisor:
- 18th Edition qualified
- NVQ Level 2/3 Electrical Installation (desirable)
- HV/LV knowledge (desirable)
- Experienced with KPIs/SLAs
- Well-presented
- Experienced in dealing with clients
