Permanent Role - Mobile Electrical Engineer
Mobile -Van, Fuel card
Normal Working Hours - Monday to Friday
Salary - £36,000 - £40,000
Mobile - witihn M25
Our client is currently looking for a Mobile electrical maintenance engineer to ensure there high end commercial offices and retails sites in North London and surrounding areas are kept fully functional, environmentally, mechanically and electrically.
To maintain a safe and suitable workplace environment, be the 'go-to' person for client issues
Job specific accountabilities
- Carry out preventative maintenance program on variety of electrical equipment
- Carry out reactive repairs to electrical systems and equipment as per requirement
- Accept and feedback work on PPM system and suggest improvements
- Operate and manage all automated control systems, including BMS and Lighting
- Liaise with our clients representative on a day to day basis regarding work issues
- Undertake Health and Safety, Technical and other training as required
Essential Qualifications;
Full Electrical qualifications to a minimum City & Guilds or equivalent (NVQ 2 or 3)
18 th Edition - Regulations
Must have commercial maintenance experience
Fault finding abilities are essential
