Corpus Christi are recruiting a new Clerk of Works to be responsible for the maintenance and development of the College estate. This is an exciting time to join Corpus as we embark upon an innovative Strategic Estates Masterplan to enhance our infrastructure, space and facilities. The Clerk of Works will be an integral part of the team delivering this Masterplan through a programme of works to meet our ambitious goals of accessibility, sustainability and optimisation.
The College has a diverse estate, with our Old Court dating from the 14th century through to modern purpose built residential accommodation. The Clerk of Works is a vital part of our College senior management team who manages our in-house maintenance team to deliver a planned and reactive maintenance programme.
Candidates should have a record of successfully delivering estates development programmes across a diverse property portfolio, and experience of leading and managing change. Candidates should also demonstrate the leadership and personal skills required to develop an effective, motivated, multi-disciplinary maintenance team.
