Maintenance Technician
Hertfordshire & West Essex
£27k - £33k plus overtime, van, 27 days holiday, NHS discount

Day-to-day you'll be working as part of a mobile maintenance team around the Hertfordshire and West Essex area, dealing with a variety of building fabric works from sticking doors and locks through to basic electrical, mechanical and plumbing jobs like relamping or changing taps.
To enjoy your new Maintenance Technician job you'll need to come from a building maintenance or facilities background with some trade qualifications. As this is a mobile role and you'll be given a van you will need a full UK driving licence.
This is a really varied environment so there will be a lot to learn in your first few months but once you're up to speed it'll mean you'll be in an interesting job, part of a good team with an employer that values you.
