Our client is a leading service business in the UK across public, private and healthcare sectors.
We are recruiting for a Multi-skilled Plumber to work across a housing portfolio within Rotherham. The role is completing refurbishment works on occupied properties focussing around wet room installations - this will be predominantly plumbing however will also involve some tiling and fitting shower trays and flooring so the applicant must be willing to complete all aspects of the job.
This is a full-time role working 40 hours a week Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm and on offer will be a salary of £27,000 - £29,000. You will work alongside another plumber and have access to a company vehicle This role will report into the Contracts Manager.
Refurbishment works on wet rooms include:
- Plumbing
- Tiling
- Installing shower trays
- Flooring
Qualifications and experience required:
- NVQ or City and Guilds in Plumbing
- Flexibility to complete various maintenance tasks
- Ability to work as a team.
- Must be clean, tidy, well presented and a good communicator.
