Workplace Project Coordinator
4-6month contract - remote based primarily but with some travel to client site in Buckinghamshire
£250per day - Outside IR35

You will need core FF&E experience to assist the Project Manager in a fast-moving workplace refurbishment project due for April 2022. There is a total strip out of mechanical and electrical services all under a JCT contract underway. This role is to help develop & execute the FF&E direction for overall project & communicate to the project team. As with any small team insight and direction for the overall workplace project will be helpful as well as liaising with contractors and suppliers in order to ensure FF&E is delivered on time and on budget.
Prior experience in workplace refurbishment projects is essential.
This is a fast-moving project so excellent communication skills and the ability to hit the ground running are essential.
