Maintenance Engineer
Two Sites - Liverpool Street & Islington
Monday - Friday, 8am / 5pm
Salary up to £36,000

Our client is looking for a Maintenance Engineer to work across their owned commercial portfolio, with one site close to Liverpool Street Station and the other in Islington - the successful Maintenance Engineer will be based 3 days at one site and 2 on the other.
Job Responsibilities for a Maintenance Engineer;
- Carry out reactive and pre-planned maintenance as well as general building services work across site
- Maintain up to date statutory records of all PPM works carried out on plant and equipment
- Participate within an out of hours call our rota and be flexible outside working hours
- Deal courteously with clients, customers
- Undertake training courses as required
- Read and comply with the risk assessments and method statements
Qualifications / Key Skills for a Maintenance Engineer;
- NVQ qualified ideally to level 2 or 3 Electrically
- 18th Edition (desirable)
- Eager to learn and progress
- Able to work under own imitative
