Mobile Contract Support
Office Based - SE1
Monday to Friday - 8am / 5pm
Salary up to £30,000
The UK's leading FM company are looking for a Mobile Contract Support to oversee a cluster of contracts based out of their head office in South East London - situated nit far from London Bridge Station you will be responsible for supporting the Contract Manager, administrative duties as well as liaising with engineers and clients on site.
This role would be perfect for someone who is looking to join a big Facilities company as well as wanting to progress and learn further skills.
Job Responsibilities for a Contract Support:
- Create accurate POs in a timely manner
- Run approved and unconfirmed PO reports on a weekly basis and resolve in timely manner
- Daily review and process supplier invoices
- Run weekly WIP meetings with manager on site to forecast accurately
- Aid account manager in forecast document updates monthly
- Run and review P&Ls monthly and influence P&L result
- Weekly WIP reports
- Answer calls and emails in a professional manner
- Manage holiday and sickness maintaining the correct staffing level
- Maintain people records such as new starters, leavers and any other changes to staffing
- Collate and process timesheets and expenses weekly
- Completion of extra works
- Communicate effectively and build/maintain relationships at all levels internally and externally
Person Specification & Requirements for a Contract Support:
- Strong understanding/experience of finance and administration (essential)
- Previous experience of Concept CAFM systems
- Advanced computer literacy
- Diligent and pro-active
- Flexible approach to work
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Client facing and well-presented
