Multi skilled Engineer ( Mechanical Bias)
North East
£27,000 plus van and benefits
Our client is looking for a multi skilled engineer with a mechanical bias to join their mobile team working on commercial projects across the North East
The Role
- Carry out the Service, Maintenance and Repair of Plumbing/ & Heating Systems, Associated Equipment and Building Services Installations
- Conform to the Customers Standards, Rules and Procedures
- Be able to diagnose faults and recommend appropriate solutions
- You will be multi skilled and able to carry out additional maintenance duties on commercial buildings

Qualifications
- Time Served plumber/heating engineer with a heating/mechanical/building services background will be an advantage
- As a minimum will require knowledge and skills for mechanical maintenance, heating and plumbing systems and associated plant/equipment, building services plant and equipment.
