Maintenance Manager
Bolton
£42k - £48k plus mileage, great holiday allowance

We have the Maintenance Manager role for you…
You'll be working in a newly created Maintenance Manager role for a well-respected social housing organisation with around 18,000 sites across the Bolton area. Supported by a team of well-trained mechanical, electrical, plumbing and gas maintenance specialists you'll be able to optimise the performance of the portfolio, keeping people warm and safe in their homes.
Alongside cyclical and reactive works you'll get the opportunity to lead on a large green energy project due to start next year, replacing old gas heating with ground and air source heat pumps and installing solar PV so it's an exciting time to join.
If you're a Maintenance or Engineering Manager with a background in domestic gas we'd love to hear from you! Experience working in social housing would be a bonus.

Package
£42,911 - £48,705 basic salary depending upon experience
Mileage paid at 54p per mile
26 days holiday raising to 31 days with service
