Facilities Asset Manager
We have a new opportunity for a Facilities Asset Manager with healthcare industry experience to support a Senior Facilities Asset Manager in providing managed services to a contract in East London

- Location: East London
- Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + 20% Bonus
- PFI Healthcare
- Facilities Management PFI
Duties include:
- Assisting the Senior Asset Manager on the Facilities contract for overall performance and contract compliance
- Assisting the Manager with the Management of life-cycle and variations.
- Asset management of building services
- H&S and quality inspections
- Asset reporting function, renewal, and enhanced maintenance strategies
- Ensure all activities are delivered within agreed budgets.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Good knowledge of operational and management of PFI Facilities management within a healthcare environment either hospital or NHS environment
- Experienced with Asset Management
- Degree level qualification in a construction or FM discipline
- Health and Safety Regulations knowledge and understanding
- Excellent client relationship experience
- Experience within healthcare projects (ESSENTIAL)
- Compliance experience
- Highly organised and customer focused
- Able to work effectively in highly pressured environments
