Technical Services Manager - City of London - Leading Managing Agent
£70,000 - £75,000 plus executive benefits package
Hexagon Group are pleased to partner with a leading managing agent, to aid them in their search for a Technical Services Manager to provide technical guidance on a prestigious asset in Central London.
Our client has a huge presence across major European countries, and manage multi-billion pound portfolio of property assets, which include commercial, retail, and residential properties.
As the Technical Services Manager, you will work closely with the Senior Building Manager in the day-to-day management of the property, with your focus being on managing the technical aspects of the property. You will also be involved in:
- Manage the technical service partners on site
- Identify innovative ways to improve on energy & sustainability
- Act as an emergency point of contact as and when required
- Monitoring health & safety across the asset
- Deputising for the Senior Building Manager when they are absent
The ideal candidate will have experience in the following:
- Strong mechanical and electrical background
- Experience of tall buildings.
- A broad experience in Technical FM operations
- Experience auditing 3rd party suppliers
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop excellent working relationships with clients and colleagues.
