Lead Electrical Engineer
Central London
Monday - Friday (Days Role)
Salary up to £43,000
The UK's leading Facilities company are looking for a Lead Electrical Engineer to join a one man site on a client facing role in a commercial building in Central London. On site you will be responsible for all M&E functions, liaising with clients & management as well as any other duties that may arise on a day to day basis.

Key Responsibilities for a Lead Engineer:
- Ensure all technical KPIs and SLAs are met for planned and reactive activities
- Carry out on going condition reports on assets via companies system, highlighting any additional plant and equipment not recorded
- Adhere to all company policies and processes
- Lead a small team of engineers
- Report any delays to planned or reactive works back to facilities manager to allow for rescheduling or escalation
- Attend all booked/arranged training and meetings
- Assist with any project works where there is a cross over with operational delivery
- Ensure all email accounts are managed and any responses required are actioned in a timely manner
Qualifications / Experience for a Lead Engineer:
- 18th or 17th Edition qualified
- NVQ Level 2/3 Electrical Installation (desirable)
- Experienced with KPIs/SLAs
- Well-presented
- Experienced in dealing with clients
