Experience and Qualifications
- Good team member with excellent communications skills with all levels of the workforce
Technically qualified
City & Guilds 2079 Safe Handling of Refrigerants
NVQ level 2&3 or City & Guilds in the following: Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
IOSH Working Safely
Min 3 yrs. experience working within Facilities Management.
Strong understanding of Building Services Infrastructure.
Strong background in Technical Facilities Management with mechanical bias.
